Jason Moran
Jason Moran is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Terra Firma Indonesia. Based in the Greater Washington, DC area, he brings a combination of international experience, on-the-ground regional networks, and senior-level engagement across government, defense, and private-sector environments. As U.S. service-disabled veteran, Jason has spent years working at the intersection of policy, security, and commercial interests in Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Indonesia. He established Terra Firma Indonesia to provide clients with practical, trusted guidance grounded in local insight, disciplined analysis, and long-term relationship building.
Jason holds an MBA in International Business with an Asia focus from the University of Hawaii, an MA in China Studies and International Economics from The George Washington University, and a BA in Russian Studies from George Mason University, with academic study in Japan. He also completed the Public Leadership Credential (PLC) Executive Program at the Harvard Kennedy School. His formal education is reinforced by extensive professional training in geopolitical intelligence analysis, crisis management, and foreign languages, as well as over a decade living and working across Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, and China. This academic and operational foundation underpins his approach to advisory work, combining rigorous analysis with practical, field-tested judgment in complex international environments.

Natalia Indrasari Try Sutrisno
Natalia Indrasari has spent over 20 years bridging the gap between U.S. and Indonesia behavioral health industries as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and International Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She also is classically trained chef and serves as an expert consultant with successful restaurant operations and other F&B start-ups across Indonesia. Natalia is based in Washington, D.C. and holds a MS in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University, an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies from the University of Essex, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
Rasjid Reksodiputro
Rasjid Reksodiputro brings over two decades of expertise in human resources, specializing in Indonesian labor laws and regulations, industrial relations, establishing HR systems and procedures, recruitment, and organizational transformation. Rasjid is based in Jakarta, holds an MBA in Management and Human Resources from Hawaii Pacific University and a BA in Criminology from the University of Indonesia.

R.M. Wibawanto Nugroho Widodo, Ph.D.
Dr. Wibawanto Nugroho Widodo is an Indonesian national security and strategy expert with deep academic and policy credentials. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Security Studies from the University of Exeter and advanced degrees from the U.S. National Defense University and George Mason University, and has served in senior analytical and advisory roles across the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, Parliament’s Defense and Foreign Affairs Committee, and coordinating government ministries. His research and practice focus on counter-terrorism, defense strategy, and geopolitical risk, with experience teaching and consulting on asymmetric warfare, security policy, and international relations.
